Terms & Conditions of Online Uniform Sales

All proceeds from the purchases made online go to the PTA. All our uniform items for sale are donations from other parents. We only seek the best quality second hand uniform with no holes or stains, and endeavour not to sell anything that we wouldn't put our own children in! But we do recognise that as an online purchase you are unable to see the specific item and therefore ask if you could please specify any special requests when you order (for example, plain collar polo shirt, no frills). You can do this by clicking 'Add a Note' on the checkout page.

As a charity run by volunteers, we thank you in advance for your understanding that returns and exchanges on second hand uniform are difficult for volunteers to manage. Distance selling laws require us to offer a refund if unsuitable and we will do all we can to assist you with any queries you have on your order. However, if you are unhappy with the choice of uniform we have selected for you, we would very much appreciate you considering your original purchase a donation to the
PTA & returning that item to us as a new donation so that we can re-sell.

All items must be collected from the School on the stated collection date and time associated with your order time. Items not collected will be put back into stock and your purchase will be considered a donation to the PTA charity.

This is a new process for everyone so please bear with us and do send us your feedback.

If you have queries or concerns please contact us and one of our parent volunteers will do their best to help.
