Cinema Club (Years 1-6)

After school Cinema club  for children in Years 1-6 only. 

What is the film?

Minions: The Rise of Gru.

How will my child be transferred from their classroom to the hall?

Children attending will be registered for the event in their classroom, then accompanied by a teacher or parent volunteer at the end of the school day from their classroom to the school hall. 

What happens at pick up?

Collection time is 5pm prompt from the school hall. 

Can I help?

Yes please! We need at least 10 volunteers to help run this event. If you are able to help, please email claremonttwpta@gmail.com and your details will be passed onto the event organiser, parent and volunteer Sam Walker.

What else do I need to know?

Please note ticket numbers are limited to ensure year groups can be seated safely together. In the unfortunate event of having to postpone the event, your ticket will be transferred to the new date. In the event, a new date cannot be secured or you cannot make it, we will refund you your ticket or (preferably!) accept your ticket cost as a donation to the PTA. 

Please note the data you provide when registering for this event will be safely stored within our web host Wix's database and extracted only for the purpose of providing the teachers and parent volunteers with the essential information they need to safely supervise the event.
